Added true form. Kind of a stab in the dark about it's ability and it's power.

Additional to the Incomplete form's normal power, Asha'man's completed form's blade constantly vibrates at a extremely high pitch speed causing all base attacks to count as a Novice technique.

^ That would mean you'd be able to beat a transcender in sword on sword combat without using a technique, as well as being able to block novice rank sword abilities and techniques with your blade. Naw. You can have a tier bonus to swordsmanship or technique potency though.

Forced Resonance, be more specific about the damage it causes.

blade cut through Novice techniques as if it itself were a novice technique.

What does this exactly mean. It is confusing.

I believe he means if two novice techniques collide they cancel each other out, and when the blade meets a technique it itself is treated as one, cancelling the other technique out. But it does need to be phrased better.

Sonic Wave: How do they actually appear? If they cannot be seen, how can they be percieved?

Sound Pulse: "Cooldown: 5" You're missing a posts there captain. How long does it build up?

Echo sonic radar: Lower the perception requirement to Advanced and it's Approved

Tinkered. I will move all 3 over when they all get approved for simplicity.
