We need moderators to help us keep the Execution experience as efficient and pain free as possible. Because of this, we are currently holding moderator applications. These applications will be held until we get enough satisfactory applicants. All moderators accepted will only be able to half approve applications until they are trained in the system. All moderators will require a skype account to be able to join staff meetings.

Bleach Knowledge: I am up to date with Bleach on Anime and reading the manga episodes now.
Motivation: Highly motivated individual. I am a very active member on the site and I come on regularly. Also I spend a large portion of my time reviewing over the rules just in case there is a person wanting help. I am also very dedicated and hardworking. Therefore if I am given a task to work I try to complete it with my utmost ability. I also live by rules. In my life in RL I have various jobs that involve enforcing rules like referee or manager type positions so I live my life and go about my characters with the rules. Also I am very good at multitasking. For this site I have one main and one alt. I am also working on another alt. Here I can show as much ability and versatility in my role playing as possible. I am also a very detailed oriented person so I like to read over things many times before submitting my decisions, so I am willing to give a full report and help move people along through the process.

Motivation: I am a very active member on Execution and was one of the first who created an account here as a regular member. I believe myself to be pretty fair in making critical decisions but at the same time firm once I give my final say on an issue. I want to be a moderator here so that my voice could be heard on this site so I can help make it better. This site has a lot of potential and I just want to be able to assist in making Execution bigger.
Activity: Eastern Time Zone. 3pm-10pm on weekdays, 3pm-3am on Weekends
Past Experience: None but willing to be a good moderator for execution considering I was one of the few people who were able to stumble on Execution months before it was released.

Motivation: Help get the site running faster, and ease the strain on the current staff.

Activity: Pacific Time Zone, Several hours a day when not at work, plus the email used to make this account is connected to my smartphone, so all messages will be directed to me no matter where I am.
Past Experience: I've been a moderator on a few minecraft servers and a few servers for the MMO Tibia.

Motivation: I REALLY like the site, and think that I would make a good staff member.

I have full knowledge of the bleach anime as well as manga, having even
extended my knowledge to the few noncanon bleach novels.
Motivation:
I usually don't feel like becoming a moderator for things such as this,
but this site seems to have great potential and being able to help
others on here with their problems seems like a great deal of fun to me.
I won't say I'm perfect, but I am willing to try. For reasons such as this I have attempted to have a full understanding of the mechanics and rules of this site, so I may help other newcomers even if I am not accepted.
Activity:
I generally go onto the rp sites I'm on at least once a day, and have
an obsession with sticking around in c-boxes even when I don't say
anything. On weekends I'm generally available from 9 Am to 12 PM, and
then from 1 PM to 10 PM. If I have any appointments or schedule that
will stifle me for more then an hour on my usuals times I usually make
an effort to tell at least one person. But please do not assume that I
am available all the time at these times.[Central Time]
On weekdays I'm available most of the time from 4:30pm to at least 11 PM if not later. [Central time]
Past Experience:I have no past experience due to the above reason
listed in motivation, except for a few games I played with some close
friends of mine, but I'm more then happy to learn. Roleplay wise I'm
generally able to spot the way a power can be abused, unless it's my
own. In which case I'm more then happy for a person to help point out my
own mistakes and how I can better them. Don't expect me not to try to
debate back however, I can be quite stubborn sometimes. I'm also quite
used to trolls, having had them daily and even some as my on and off
friends in my earlier roleplaying days.

Note: I have mutism, so
while if we are in a voiced call I would be fully able to hear you,
responding in anything other then text is very unlikely. I hope this is
not a problem.

Motivation:
Motivation is great at its peak haha. I can see myself fully committing to this site. Bleach is one of my favorite Mangas and I love to Role play. There are great people on the site, and were all really helpful to each other. I love reading character apps. If I do end up getting a Moderator spot I would love to be put on the Character app section.
Activity:
My timezone is Pacific Time. I am always on at least for an hour or two. That is enough to reply to my own personal topics and read some apps for errors or approvals
Past Experience:
I've been moderator in a few Naruto RPG's but that was long time ago back when I was in middle school. I also was moderator in many other games on Byond Client games. I feel like I know what it takes to be one, and I won't fail.

Bleach Knowledge: I am slowly catching up within manga reading. When I stopped watching I was at the Hueco Mundo arc. I am quickly reacquainting myself with the series with great haste.
Motivation: When I like something I stick to it. So far I love how this site is set up. With the story arcs, and everything else it reminds me of my old Naruto forum I used to rp a lot before the owner took the site down due to drama within the site. I always find myself checking this site either on my phone, or on my computer when at home.
Activity:
I do live in the Pacific time zone, I log in as soon as I get home from work and stay on for a good couple of hours even if I am not doing anything but watching chat box. As much as my head hurts sometimes trying to keep up with it.
Past Experience: Even though I have not had any moderator experience I was one of the story pushers on the old Naruto site I was on. Unfortuanlty that meant my character was a Hokage and I had to post 1000 words each time I posted. I have been a guild leader in multiple mmos so I know how to handle drama or questions that arise.
